Project Overview

Summerset Richmond sits at the base of the Richmond Hills, where suburb meets countryside - a peaceful environment for this large-scale development.

Scott Construction are contracted to Summerset for the delivery of the residential villas and the concrete structure and carpentry works on the new 8000m2 care facility. Concrete works are complete on the care facility with carpentry due to complete at the end of 2020. There are a total of 230 villas to be constructed. There are a total of 230 villas to be constructed. This is the second village Scott’s have constructed for Summerset, with the completion of the Stoke Village in 2016.
