Project overview

As winner of a Master Builders Multi-apartment/Duplex/Terraces national award, the Nayland Road townhouse project is another premium development adding value to it’s residential community.

Eight architecturally designed, two and three bedroom units sit on a major arterial route through the Nelson suburb of Stoke. The Urban Design Panel complimented the design for its build form, use of materials and textures and the balance between hard and soft landscaping.
