Port Nelson Offices
Project Overview
Port Nelson is a crucial economic hub for the Nelson Tasman region. Due to substantial growth, a progressive business plan and major reshaping of port activity, a new head office was needed at a new location with the Port precinct.
Using the bones of an pre-existing commercial building, the Scott team completely retrofitted the space to create a modern office environment. New meeting rooms, offices, staff cafeteria were centred around a large open plan shared office space featuring exposed plywood slat walls, exposed sawtooth steel framing and maximum natural light.
