We maintain a number of robust ‘pre-qualifications’ and accreditations including various local councils, ISN, IMPAC and Site Safe; meaning that our framework for managing Health & Safety is constantly undergoing review and improvement.
With Construction and Demolition waste making up 40-50% of New Zealand’s landfill, we take our environmental responsibilities seriously. One of the biggest impacts we can have as a construction contractor is to minimise waste; we are achieving this through strong partnerships with local waste management contractors and a range of supporting initiatives including site-specific waste management plans, staff and subcontractor education, design collaboration and procurement policies. A number of our staff are Greenstar Accredited.
Scott Construction is a proud partner of New Zealand Construction Alliance (NZCA). NZCA is an alliance of like-minded regionally-based commercial construction companies providing New Zealand-wide commercial construction solutions.
