Project Overview
This project comprises of seven high-end villa’s featuring spacious north facing outdoor living areas taking full advantage of Nelson’s all-day sun, temperate climate and enhancing the lifestyles of the residents.
The single storey villas feature a finely detailed mono pitched roof that delicately sits against the skyline. Claddings will be a combination of Cedar weatherboards and Rockcote plaster, providing a contrast in both texture and colour defining the individual villas.
Each villa features a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The Bedrooms all have individual ensuites. Laundries are located within the intern al access garages with a service/drying court adjacent.
The relationship and layout of the interior environments are designed to provide for the different aspects of daily living, maximizing the flow and connection between each of the various spaces. Landscaped courtyards create intimate outdoor areas that are seamlessly connected to the living areas while allowing a connection to the wider community.
The villas feature higher than required levels of insulation and are constructed on a RibRaft concrete floor pod system which further enhances the insulation ratings.
