Scott Construction Marlborough’s first year apprentice Atu Taufa and senior carpenter Gary Cooke poured the first concrete for Cloudy Bay Vineyards’ new Pinot Noir cellar today. The new 2000m2 cellar will be operational in time for the 2015 vintage.

We are well underway with construction of ‘Fenwick House’ – a two storey 280 square metre architecturally designed home in Atawhai. Exterior cladding is now complete with internal linings commencing. We are extremely proud of the construction of the Cawthron Institute’s ‘EnviroTech Wing’, which was officially opened today. The Cawthron is New Zealand’s largest independent research institution, and the new wing was the most significant laboratory upgrade the Institute has had on its Nelson campus in 40 years.
