    TASMAN: CARNAHAN HOUSE

    The House
This Richmond home was designed by Arthouse Architecture. The brief was to build this complex home to the highest standard, which we achieved. Weekly site meetings were held with the client and architect to ensure a good level of communication throughout the project.

    The Technicalities
The house is constructed with Precast Concrete and Thermomass Concrete Walls with a fairfaced finish. It has underfloor heating installed and an electrical management system. The timber framed Coloursteel roof has a feature Alucobond fascia. Outdoor features include exposed aggregate and tiled courtyards, Macrocarpa pergolas and a water storage tank for irrigation.
