TASMAN: ANZ RICHMOND
ANZ in Richmond is looking good after the fit-out undertaken by Scott Construction in May 2014. Working with ASC Architects and RCP Project Management, Scott Construction delivered an exciting new space for customers and staff at the Queen Street ANZ branch.
Through a competitive tender process and based on our previous experience with renovation and fit-out work, ANZ chose to work with Scott Construction.
To Project Manager Mark Washington, what really stood out about this job was the ability of the Scott’s on-site team and all of our contractors we worked with to achieve the programme of work and ensure that when staff arrived for the next day’s trading, they could operate with minimal interruptions or disturbances.
Customers and employees now enjoy new floor coverings, improved office orientations and new and improved teller spaces.
The fit-out of this existing bank premises included the renovation and re-modelling of the current space, while it was still fully operational.
To ensure there was minimal disruption, work was planned so that specific areas were worked on one-by-one to allow staff to temporarily relocate within the premises.
Work was also undertaken outside of normal business hours. At the completion of each night or weekend shift, Scott Construction ensured that the premises was fit to occupy and operate as a bank for normal day-to-day activities.
